Our phone cases are made of 100% plant fibers. It can composted and will biodegrade in 1-2 years. (In comparison, plastic cases never biodegrade and take 500-1000 years to break down).

Once you’re done using your phone case, you can:

• Put it in your home compost
• Send it to your nearest composting facility or Send it back to us for composting!

• Since this case is plant-based, you might have to take little care of it!
• Just wash it gently with some soap and water and it’ll be as good as new!

If you wish to initiate a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your product. You can reach us at help@ecoright.com or log into your account. There is a nominal return charge of Rs. 129 in case you want to exchange or return the product. In the unfortunate event that the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We request you to let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that clearance sale items or products purchased during limited-time discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, we can only accept returns if the product is in its original condition.
