1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility
For Jewellery
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
For all other products
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• A flat fee of ₹99 per item applies to every return or exchange.
Unfortunately, requests beyond these windows cannot be accommodated.
2. Return Conditions
• Whatever you send back has to be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Zero exceptions.
• Anything bought on clearance or with a limited-time discount can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Head to our Returns & Exchange page, enter your order ID, and follow the steps. We’ll take it from there.
4. Refund Timeline
For Jewellery
• Refunds are issued as store credit only, within 5–7 business days after we receive your product at our warehouse.
For all other products
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your product at our warehouse.
