Return Window: Should you need to return a product, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

Return Fees: A nominal return fee of Rs. 129 will be charged for each returned item. This fee assists in covering some of the costs associated with processing the return.

Return Eligibility: We kindly inform you that items purchased during a clearance sale or at a limited-time discount are not eligible for returns. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Condition of the Product: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. Regrettably, items that are damaged, washed, or used are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund without any additional charges. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy: Please note that products purchased at a special discount or during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchanges. A fixed exchange fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for each item exchanged.
